In this life I suffer
because your wanting me to be
someone that I cannot
that's selfishness you see

you think I owe you something
and loving'lee I do
but I cannot give you something
I don't desire to

all I want is friendship
you seem to want some more
but when I give you friendship
you close your open door

you want to be in love
and you want me to be in to
but I cannot give you something
I dont desire to

you think that I am blind
and only love the ones
that are beautiful and perfect
and seem to be so fun

If you knew the truth
you'd know that I love you
but all I can give is friendship
and thats all I want to!

this isnt realy finished, and it was done in like 5 mins, anyway

this is my first peice of poetry ever, and probably my last, but I realy had to do this for a friend
anyway I tried to ryhme so I hope you can get the jist!

ps: I never spell checked, I never do, I make mistakes & I'm very bad with litrature n stuff, so DEAL WITH IT, I do :)

I think it's a great start..!! :D I like it a lot actually.. don't be so hard on yourself .lol.. you should definetely continue writing.. I am curious tho.. you say you love her but can only give her friendship.. why is that? all in all... lovely poetry..

thanks very much!

first of all, I love her and I would do anything for her but! Im not "in love" with her even if I would realy like to be!.

I only wrote this because I realy wanted her to know how I feel, and since I'm realy shit at telling people how I feel about them to their face I had to write it down! :)

I've never realy been into poetry but your probably right! I shouldnt be so hard on myself :)
